Overview
- All Sales are final, we do not provide any cash refunds.
- You can exchange your purchase within 14 days as long as the product is in absolute original condition with tags attached/uncut and original FITTED packaging.
- If a price is reduced during a sales promotion, exchanges will only be processed at the new, discounted price.
- Items that are used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
- Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
- If the claim is accepted, A coupon of equal value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.
- Claims and exchanges may require 1-2 weeks for processing.
